blog post number... i dont know, i dont keep track of these things.

at the moment im sitting at one of my elementary schools.... kinda bored. this is the only school that gives me a computer at my desk... if you can call it a desk!.. its the only school that doesnt give me a proper desk, but it has a compter... i'd rather have the computer than a desk.

anyway i only had once class today because, like every other school LAST WEEK, theyre practicing for undokai (something like a sports festival/day). its fun to watch the kids have a good time practicing for different dances and races, but after 3 weeks of very little classes and lots of the same song and dance, it becomes a little tiresome. Im not complaining though, because it could be worse...

Joey is visiting tsushima for the 4th time in the past year. Joey is an old ALT from up north who now lives in Pusan korea. he was the instigator last year for drinking and partying... ive kinda taken the torch from him last year and became that guy... so when we get together, you can bet that shits goin down.

in a couple weeks Hiroshima is hosting a Sake Festival on a 3 day weekend. im in the process of planning my debauchery. there are about 30 teachers from around nagasaki ken making the trek up north for the madness. its going to be a little bit expensive to get out there, but im sure it will be worth it. im trying to convince other teachers from my island to tag along, but so far, my labors have come up fruitless.

ive felt a little bit better these past couple weeks. trying to get back in shape and play more sports. my mood was faultering for just a little bit... probably just the re-adjustment back to a normal sleep schedule, and going back to school. this week was japans silver week... which is like the short version of golden week. hahahha.. its basically a week with two random days off in the middle.. so if you take a couple vacation days, you can have a week off.... i opted not to take any vacation and just enjoy the couple days off.

anyway, i should get back to pretending to work... its obvious that im blogging right now.. actually the teachers probably think im writing an email. oh well. I hope you all are doing wonderfully.
