ok so appologies for my last post.. i was mid posting, and this chic that i had met earlier in the day was standing behind me waiting for the computer.. so i cut most of my message short and just posted pictures. i wanted to give a little more commentary. so i guess ill talk about berlin for a bit. as you already know i was in berlin and did lots of stuff, like go to that gay parade. but thats not all i did in berlin,... i did have the chance to check out the berlin wall, as you can see from the first picture below.. i also went to go see not one but TWO movies at the gigantic sony movie theatre.. look it up online, its awesome. german movie theatres are cool, you get assigned seating.. closer to screen is cheaper.. if there is room, they will always put you in the center... and they sell beer.. i didnt even want to drink, but i got one just to say i bought a beer in a movie theater.. im glad to report to you that popcorn is not ridiculously priced only in america, it is all over.candy too. BUT, europe is cool about not giving you all ice in your bucket of soda, its almost no ice. all the tasty goodness, no watery finish.
so the picture below is of the berlin wall, and of the weapon i used to pick at it.. it was illegal, but i did it anyway.


i dont know if i posted this already, but berlin is constantly facing their troubled past. here is an old church that was terribly damaged from WW11 and they just left it. it was really cool because its in the center of beautiful rebuilt berlin.

these two guys are my graduating buddies from hilo. both recent graduates of history as well. we met up in berlin for 5 nights it was good to have friendly faces aroung.. this is of them mixing baby juice with vodka. hilarious

weird ass truck ... the driver sits in the middle.. and the window wipers go in a circle.. cool shit

and budweiser is not american.. thats right. budweiser, the origional, is czeck.. there are issues with american budweiser and europe.. they call american budweiser bud out here in europe. czecks are pround of budweiser

czeck escalators are very long and super fast. dont know if you can tell how far this is, but its very far.. .. more to come about these crazy escalators

i went walking around with this beautiful girl all day the other day. shes half japanese, quarter columbian, and quarter italian. she lived all around the world but currently lives in japan. i speak japanese to her becasue her english is not great, but she speaks spanish fluently.

and this rock was weird.. it was like a homeless persons nest

this night i went out with three german guys, a french dude, and aki. the trains stopped running so we had to walk back.. got so damn lost. this was a pic of being lost.

czeck money looks cool. this is about 150 dollars... i think.. its artsy money huh.. i cant find the question mark.the keyboard doesnt correspond to what im typing.. the at mark took me 20 minutes to find to log in. its alt six and four.. fucking stupid.

this was the next day after hanging out with the germans and the french guy.. we went out all day for drinks and sightseeing. this was our second or third stop.. cant remember now. oh yeah, it was my b day..

this is andre... hes the biggest of the three crazy germans.. remember those escalators i was talking about... well he decided to run full speed down one.. and as you can see, he failed.. he was screeming some crazy shit in german running very fast.. i guess he thought one of his friends was going to catch him and slow him down, but instead they moved out of the way.. i happened to be in the front so i saw the whole thing perfectly.. he got airborn, nearly killed himself, and slid down the escalator at least 12 stairs. hence the scratches on his back.. his friends thought he was dead, the other people on the escalator thought he was dead, i had to run down and pick him up before we got to the bottom of the mile long escalator.. they are so fast.. man if he would have caught his shirt in the escalator, he would have been a dead german.. nuts people i say. in his defence, he was intoxicated.. after this, we went out and got more beers.. hahahaha..

im currenty sharing a room with a guy from virginia. nate. hes a cool guy. he joined the germans, the frenchy, aki and i for a night of fun and excitement.

so thats all for now. hope this post was better than the last.

its almost time to leave prague, well enough because im starting to feel old. im going to vienna, austria tomorrow that should be fun. i hope i meet someone named arnold so i can ask him to say get to the chopper now.

yeah man this alone traveling stuff is semi tiring. i really cant wait to get back to hawaii, but i also dont want to cut this awesome trip short. cant wait to meet up with my friends from highschool in rome. but thats two weeks away now. god it seems like a long time.. having my birthday out here really made me feel old too.. meeting up with all these young people isnt helping either.. at least i can say that i have a job lined up. i really feel behind the game out here. met so many people, but most of them have a huge lead on life already.

i hope i can figure things out.. its like soul searching.

anyway my friends, i miss you dearly.
